Okay, so I'm no self-proclaimed guru of any type, but I like to meditate a lot, and I'm ashamed to say I haven't been keeping up with it lately. I'm someone with pretty bad anger issues, and basic meditation (I mean, like BASIC meditation) isn't really cutting it for me any more. I find myself getting angry every day over stupid little things (mostly in the kitchen at school because no one does the dishes. They all have 'foot in mouth' disease. They all say 'do your own dishes'; I still end up doing them. What they don't realize is that 'later' piles up quickly with 15 students), and I don't like it. I don't like being angry all the time.
